Dr. David Pellegrin M.D.

Dr. David Pellegrin was born and raised in Houma, LA. He graduated with his Bachelors Degree from Nicholls State University Summa Cum Laude. He continued on to medical school at Louisiana State University and graduated with his MD Alpha Omega Alpha. He performed his internship and residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Internal Medicine. He followed this with his fellowship in Gastroenterology also at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and holds a License to Practice in the State of Louisiana.
He has been a staff Gastroenterologist at St. Tammany Parish Hospital, Slidell Memorial Hospital, Northshore Regional Medical Hospital, Seventh Ward General Medical Center, and Westpark Community Hospital. He has been practicing in Houma for the past 20 years as a member of the staff at Terrebonne General Medical Center. He is a member of American College of Physicians, American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the Terrebonne Parish Medical Society.
